    Soy and Sugar are in EVERYTHING I buy from Herbal Tea to Salad Dressing and Mayo. What the ?! Really? Do I NEED soy and sugar in my Lemon Pepper Seasoning?! Ugh!

    Whew, sorry for the rant. Anyway, I don't see soy on the approved food list for induction. Does it make a difference? It's not like I'm drinking soy milk or eating soy beans. Could it be affecting my Ketosis and weight loss?

    soy cheese(tofu) is approved. most likely what you are getting in those products is soy protein extract used as a flavoring much as msg is. unless you are sensitive, it probably won't affect you in the quantities in those things. the sugar, however.......
