am i allowed these in my induction stage? (i have been on this stage for 20days now ..)

    Thanks :hug

Herbal teas are permitted, as long as they follow the Rules of Induction and the other requirements for tea.

What brand are they? Do they list the manufacturer's details - maybe a web site or phone number?
I often phone or email and ask exactly what is in anything I am not sure about. So far every company I have asked has come back with detailed info to help me decide.
If you put it to them that you would like to buy their product but darent unless you know all the ingredients they usually bend over backwards to help.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

There are probably a few carbs in them. Coffee and black tea do have some, so I'd assume green tea does too.

Personally, I'd count each tea bag as one carb and limit myself to 3 cups a day (since I sweeten tea and sweetener is limited to 3/day). Also, doesn't count in your daily intake of water. And being a diuretic, you'll be in the bathroom all day ;-)

If it's tea bags I'm sure they're fine...However, I was at a tea store today, buying Vanilla Roibos tea, which has just tea leaves, vanilla and almond slices in it. They also had Caramel roibos tea..and when I asked what was in it it actually contained pieces of carmel! They had a chocolate one that had small pieces of fudge in it.

It was interesting because I had NO idea that flavoured loose teas had any addtions like that. Was very glad I asked.
