  • 29 Days and Results so far...

    I have been on atkins for 29 days.... I weigh 19 pounds less. I have lost over 10 inches on my body. I am so so so so so happy with the results. I am used to the way of eating and I can be in a room of people eating Pizza. I passed that test this weekend when family came over and my DH ordered pizza for everyone. I ate salmon and broccolli. I was happy to not eat it...
    Start Weight-218
    Current Weight- 205

    Mini Goals:

    1 goal weight: 210 Met on August, 4 2009
    2 goal weight: 200
    3 goal weight: 190
    4 goal weight: 180

    That's awesome! Congrats on the losses and way to go on the not wanting pizza.

    Now that my wife and I are on extended induction sweets and breads really don't phase us anymore so I know exactly what you're feeling

      Congrats there Tinytulip. Oh, you know you can eat the pizza toppings (if it's like pepperoni, cheese, and etc) just don't eat the sauce or crust.

          F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
