Please list them im so worried about ordering things and getting them and they be all wrong and just say low carb so i was thinking why not ask the experts!!

If you are considering buying any of the self-styled 'lowcarb' products you do need to check the list of ingredients as many of them ignore rules 4 and 5 of induction that sayAs far as I know most 'low carb' products contain at least one ingredients that is not allowed for induction so you would be better as Boonie Stomper said and buying real food instead of the processed products.4. Eat absolutely no fruit, bread, pasta, grains, starchy vegetables or dairy products other than cheese, cream or butter. Do not eat nuts or seeds in the first two weeks. Foods that combine protein and carbohydrates, such as chickpeas, kidney beans and other legumes, are not permitted at this time.
5. Eat nothing that is not on the acceptable foods list.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
