Well last week I weighed in at 198 lbs. That is a 16 lbs loss since I started on July 27. Today I weighed myself I lost 3 more lbs this week. So I am now 195lbs total loss of 19 lbs. I think it is all working so well because I am so strict with my food intake. I feel so much better about myself. Now when my daughter starts back in school next week I will be doing alot of jogging with my little one around the lake its 1 mile around so I will do it 2 once jogging and once walking can't wait.
