  • I'm in Oopsie heaven!!!!

I tried making Cleochatra's Oopsie rolls today and oh my goodness...they are utterly *AMAZING*!! I'm having one now with tuna salad on it and I'm totally in heaven! I can just imagine ham and cheese, or a fried egg sandwich or...the possibilities are endless!! Thank you, Cleo, Thank you for this amazing recipe!!!

If you want to cut down on cheese (only 3-4 ounces per day on induction) you can also make these (which are an adaptation of Dr Atkins Revolution roll recipe but using double the cream cheese he suggests) with mayonnaise instead of the cream cheese.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Mayo sounds good too!! I might give that a try on my next batch. I have Cleo's zucchini pizza crust in the oven right now for dinner. I never dreamed that low-carb could be so easy and taste so amazing! I'm even more determined to stick to this WOE than I ever was. When I first entered it I thought "well I'll have to do without X, Y and Z for the rest of my life" not so!!!

i just had chili dogs tonight using my oopsie rolls, and just put a new batch in the oven, i'm trying to make one for a pizza for tomorrow night. spread it evenly over a round pizza pan, hopefully it will be perfect for a homemade pizza.

I had the "french toast" version last night. I was in awe. I could NOT tell it was not regular bread! I didn't have any LC syrup so I melted 2 tbsp of butter and added 1/8 tsp of mapeline and some splenda. Tasted fantastic.
