  • It's my fault

    Well i still sit here at 16 lbs gone. I am very excited to have lost that much. I havent lost anything in a week now though. I was just hoping it was a trend and i would loss at least 1 or 2 a week. Oh well just gonna stick to it and hopefully get some kind of loss this week.

    Plus i cheated not this weekend but last weekend maybe that's why.

    Hopefully i will still reach ONEDERLAND by EASTER!

    I've now also starting lifting weights for my upper body. Maybe this will make a difference along with my running 1 1/2 miles a day.

      the exercise will help alot as will the staying on your new WOE.
      even if you don't achieve the scale weight loss you will be a healthier smaller less fat you by then.

        Awwww hon..You are doing great. Don't second guess yourself~just keep on going. I have not lost anything in a week pound wise..but I can tell I am losing inches by the way my clothes are fitting :yes :hug Hang in there

          Excericising is an excellent way of making yourself feel better. After every session I bet you feel really pumped up and raring to go?

          It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




          I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

            Just lending a hand of support hang in there and keep exercising for like 3 months i think i lost a total of 5 pounds but went from and 18 to 14.

            And remember your body needs a bit of time to adjust.hang on
