I have been doing Atkins for 1 motnh and Have lost no weight. Befoe I started Atkins, I had slowly lost 15 lbs. on the Zone Diet but I was very hungry most of the time.
Now, here is the confession so perhps I can hear some advice.
Most days I eat more cheese than 3 oz.
I have alot of caffeine each day.
Sometimes I have a glass or two of Crystal light
I hae not been exercising every day, may be 1-2 tims each week.
I take Lexapro each day.
Now, even on a low fat diet I lost weight with the above, less now since I am older.
I can cut out the cheese and even the Crystal Light. I can exercise more.
But can some one tell me why the caffeine and aspertame slows or elimnates weight loss according to the book?
Why does eating, say 7 oz. of cheese really make a diff? Most are very low carb?
