    Re: Advice on fat belly

I'm glad I read this, my belly is where I have most of my "fat" to lose, I have had 4 babies and 4 c-sections, so with cut muscles I find it harder to lose weight there.

AMEN! Four c-sections here too! They really do a number on ya, don't they! My kids are worth it but I think I am worth it too to get rid of the fat and the way it likes to flap over right where the incision was!

Good luck! As soon as we have the extra $$$ I will try some of the stuff mentioned!

No, it's almost totally saturated fat. In a 1 tablespoon serving, which has 14 grams of fat, it has 13 grams of saturated fats and <1 gram of monounsaturated fats.

Coconut oil is a good fat for quick energy. Of all the fats, extra virgin olive oil, butter, coconut oil and palm oil can be turned into energy faster than any other. The body doesn't have to do much at all to utilize it for energy.
People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.
