Stuck at a weight for 2 weeks, while it sucks, isn't actually a stall.
If you want a wooshie though try drinking an extra 64ounces of water and eating something spicy for dinner. My favorite is wings with franks hot sauce and butter!!! It can't guarantee a wooshie, but man, what a way to try YUM.
It wouldn't hurt to maybe challenge yourself with your exercise, if you do a routine, you might be getting too used to it and need to change it up a little.

I can tell you what works - I was stuck at 160 for 4 weeks. I've lost 4 pounds in the last 10 days!!! Okay, it's not easy, though - but I did it with running. I run about 3-4 miles about 3-4 times a week. Another thing I did, which isn't looked upon highly here, is I added a thermogenic supplement (fat burner)....I think it just maximized my workouts. Now that I broke into the 150s (this is only the 3rd time I've done so since I was 20), I realize my initial goal was too aggressive of 145...I think I need to lose these last 7 lbs and am going to settle at 150. So, for me, it's high intensity workouts!!!! You can do it!

As you now only have a few pounds to go perhaps it is time to think of moving to OWL so you can discover how introducing other food groups will affect your body and discover your CCLL.
Remember Dr Atkins suggested we lose the last few pounds in premaintenance so we are all set to maintain our weight when we reach goal by continuing this WOE.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
