I'm done with my week two, and not suprisingly I just had good results...
I met my minigoal of 140lbs last Saturday, (my last weigh in, before Weigh, NO WAY Challenge!). I'm going to Extended Induction though, 'coz I haven't reached 135lbs, to start OWL. Well actually my plan is to go on OWL from 135lbs to 125 lbs, then Pre-Maintenance from 125llbs. to 115lbs.
Will that be fine range? Still doing my regular work out! I really feel healthy!
