Dasani flavored water?

  • Dasani flavored water?

    Hi everyone, I was just wondering if Dasani flavored water was allowed. The ingredients are as follows:

    -purified water
    -citric acid
    -natural flavors
    -sodium polyphosphates
    -potassium sorbate
    -potassium benzoate
    -sucralose
    -magnesium sulfate
    -acesulfame
    -potassium
    -potassium chloride
    -salt

    I've taken quite a shine to these flavored waters and I was just hoping there wasn't anything wrong with them.

    I also don't count them as my daily water intake and I only have about one bottle a day. Now if only they would sell them in stores instead of for a dollar a pop in the vending machines. :no

    i think they should be fine as long as you count them in your 3 servings of sweetener per day and have your normal water as well.
    If you stall or find they aggravate cravings you might have to consider dropping them but see how it goes
