Okay, I am on my second week without carbs. I have to go to a birthday party for my brother in laws birthday this friday. It is a casual gathering of about 7 people.
He's in college and requested pizza! What do I do? I don't have a lot of weight to lose. I have already lost 5 and only want to lose 5 more to be at my goal weight. So, no one really knows I'm on a "diet" and I don't want to hear them tell me I don't need to be on one and all of that.
Any suggestions? I don't want to be rude and not eat. Will I sabbotage all the work I've done so far? Will I immediately gain weight with one slice of pizza?
Any advice is appreciated.
