    I was wondering if we could have Whey Protein in induction? if not at what stage can we have it? where could i get some?
    I saw a recipe and it was a main ingredient and was wondering if it was any good, did it taste weird?

    As it is made from milk I would suggest it would be better left till the 2nd OWL level/rung where we can try adding 5 net carbs of milk products to see how they affect our losses and our body.
