Morning all,
I have read lots of threads on here about losing your appetite and taken on the advice about having low carb fat high "snacks" but I am really struggling - I really am having to force myself to eat more that one meal a day.
Its great, because I feel amazing, I am drinking a lot of water, taking my vits and minerals and my skin, hair and nails are sooo healthy.
Just concerned that I am going to "balls" this up because I just cannot eat more than my breakfast and a small lunch!
Yesterday I had a gorgeous omelette, with veggies in it, it was so yummy but it got to 7 30 in the evening and I remembered I just hadn't eaten anything else (very very unlike me!!!!)!!!!!!!
Please help!!!
