It has been two weeks to the day I started the diet. I was 330lbs now I am at 318 and I feel better. Clothes are starting to feel smaller and Im losing inches but I have a question. When I weigh at the gym, it is always a 1-2lb difference than when I weigh at home. I guess because at home I weigh with only my boxers on. Do clothes make a difference?

Yup, and if you wear steeltoed workboots like me you can take off 5lb
Pick one scale to keep track on and weigh in the morning in your boxers. That way you keep a constant record as weight also fluctuates throughout the day.
