  • Starting over- week 3

    Hi everyone!
    I just finished two weeks of induction and saw a loss of 3 pounds. I have 50 to lose. Now, I have many of the yeast symptoms, and the spit test confirms that as well. I know I had thrush from nursing my baby two years ago and don't think I ever killed it. (She's not nursing any more)
    Anyway...frustrated at the low end of the weight loss spectrum, I have purchased the Oil of Oregano, the garlic, and the probiotics. I plan to start the DANDR version of the candida diet this weekend.

    Should I stay with an induction candida version, or go up to adding more veggies while I do the candida diet?

    I would add the 5 net carbs of veg this week and start OWL while following the 'candida diet' suggestions of cutting yeast/mould containing foods. The extra veg might help you feel less deprived

      Thanks so much. I certainly feel deprived lately. I've never done this before and to feel it's not even working very well... *sigh*
      I will double up my efforts and do the candida diet as soon as I get all the things I need. I need to replace my yeastie vitamins too...hopefully it will work and I will begin to lose better?? Or at least kick my athletes foot and yeast rash on my thigh and cravings..
