I had my lunch a couple of hours ago.

I just had a very basic one - Tuna mixed with mayonaise on a bed of lettuce.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      It's going to be...

A Cobb-style salad, with grilled chicken (leftover from 2 nights ago), turkey bacon, cheese, hard boiled egg, fava beans (I'm on OWL), lettuce, olives, and a half an avocado.

A cup of leftover chicken soup (from dinner last night).

I find salads are the best way to go for lunch.... You get your veggies in, gives times to get rid of some of those carbs (which isnt much), and you can add all kinds of goodies into it!!! Meets, cheeses, and anything induction friendly that your lil heart desires.... Most restaurants have induction friendly salads with meats in them!

I made a pot of the beef vegetable soup that is listed in the back of DANDR. I pick out the carrots, the rest of the family can have those. That soup is incredibly delicious! I garnish it with a pat of butter! MMMMMMM...Trish

That sounds like a headline: "Naked Chicken Strips" (strips being the verb)

I had roast beef rolled in sharp cheddar with lettuce inside for crunch and a couple cherry tomatoes.
