    Wonder if you guys can help me. Unsure to continue on induction for another 1-2 weeks or move onto OWL.

    The past week I have been feeling really sick with ketosis and barely able to eat, so I feel redoing the week would be a real asset BEFORE moving onto OWL.

    I am feeling slightly better now (can keep down more than water) so have stocked up on some veggies ready for the week ahead.

    Any thoughts?

    Really unsure as to what the next step is...

    I am not sure what "sick with ketosis" is. Ketosis does not make you sick. Maybe you have a cold or something? What were the symptoms?

      Feeling sick all the time, unable to eat. I did post in the induction forum other said they had felt the same way during induction.

      Have checked I am Not pregnant.

      Still struggling but able to eat a little now, so think I will continue on with the induction.

        Am I understanding your signature right that your "Current Weight" is 108?
        If so then what in the world are you in induction for?

          Shall continue trying things out until my stomach settles down.

            Are you eating everything you need - all macro and micro nutrients?
            Are you getting your veggies, supplements, drinking your water?
            Exercising?
            People are not sick on induction. Maybe for a day or two while you get used to a low carb state (induction flue)
            Maybe see your doctor if this does not change. You have to eat.
