I feel dizzy/ light headed

Anyone experience this?

It just came on after eating my tuna salad. .. what could this be?

F/26 5'2
Starting weight : 165 pounds

Have you been getting your veggies in? How are you feeling otherwise? Any fever? Hows your tummy? I get shaky when I don't get enough veggies. It may just be one of those weird bugs going around too. Make sure you are eating enough food!
