After a couple month stall, I went off plan for a week and restarted 2 weeks ago. It is like I gained a new wind. I am finally losing again. I am doing another extended induction to get closer to my goal and plan to start OWL in 2 weeks. Good luck everyone.

hey good luck with your diet,i was doing the extended inductionfor about a month and a few days and i lost about fifteen pounds ,but i have really been cheating big time i think that i gained about 4 pounds back,so today i'm starting back up i hope that the fact that i have been cheating does not make my weight loss come to a hault,my question to you chauber is after you got off your diet for a whole week how long after that did you start to see weight loss?

It is great to hear you are now only 25 pounds from your goal

Well done in getting back on the Atkins train!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
