  • ??? I have a few questions

    1st of all..Ive been on this site for a couple of days now. I cant figure out how to post a thread...without going through like 3 different pages? Maybe thats just how u have to do it. Also..what is 6wec. Ive seen that everywhere.
    One other thing...then I'll leave you alone. I work in a deli in a grocery store. And on lunch time we basically have to eat lunch there because there arent any places to go close by (or bring leftovers) anyways. Ive been trying to watch what I eat. And Im getting tired of skinless fried chicken. So today all they had was chicken strips and I had a few..is that okay? They are breaded but not a lot? Some of the other choices through out the week are:
    -Meatloaf(has breadcrumbs)
    -salsibury steak
    -meatballs
    Im not sure if any of this is ok. Monday will be my 3 week point and Ive lost 10lbs so far. Im just worried about what Im eating. Ive never really enjoyed meat..and Im forcing myself to now.

    Get your deli to carry a new item that ours is carrying! They wrap strips of bacon around chicken tenders, no breading, and fry them. Delish, and very filling, I can't eat more than two. If you can't find other options without breading or breadcrumbs, your best bet is cold cuts. Sliced roast beef and cheese rollups? If you can bring a small salad, or if you have them at work, cold cuts and a salad can work great. Boiled eggs, add a bit of mayo... quickie deviled eggs.

    I don't know how to explain about posting threads, you seem to have done fine with this one. The '6 week' thing has to do with a six week exercise challenge, we are right in the middle of the current one. The pink graphic in my sig is clickable and will take you to that forum.
