Water in all its many kinds.
With that out of the way, you can have diet rite, decaf coffee, decaf green tea are the ones oft mentioned around here. The doc's answer is:
Beverages clear broth/bouillon (not all brands; read the label)
club soda
cream (heavy or light); limit to two to three tablespoons a day; note carbohydrate content
decaffeinated coffee or tea
diet soda made with sucralose (Splenda®)
essence-flavored seltzer (must say "no calories" and must not contain aspartame)
herb tea (without barley or any fruit sugar added)
lemon juice or lime juice (note that each contains 2.8 grams carbohydrate per ounce);
limit to two to three tablespoons mineral water spring water water *Excessive caffeine may cause unstable blood sugar and should be avoided by those who suspect they are caffeine dependent. Everyone should try to avoid caffeine. Grain beverages (coffee substitutes) are not allowed. Alcoholic beverages are also not permitted during Induction; those low in carbohydrates are an option, in moderation, in later phases.Kent - 35-M-6'4"

:wave Hello Dirty4more,
I have been on Atkins since January 3rd and I have lost 22lbs. My drink of choice before Atkins was cranberry juice and I did miss it when I started Atkins. I think that was my biggest downfall the last 3 times I had started and didn't keep it going. I now drink (welches) (sp?) Lemonade. Its sugar free and carb free. It tastes just like regular Lemonade. and I love it!!! Its really hard to find something to drink that taste good and doesn't have that after taste. Hope this helps.

Water
Water with lemon or lime pieces (or a bit of the juice)
Soda water (not Tonic Water) with or without lemon/lime
Green Tea
Herbal Tea
Decaf Tea or Coffee
Don't go for the diet soda/pop - feeds cravings for a lot of people, especially since all but a few are aspartame sweetened. There are a couple exceptions, but some are only available regionally/locally.
