its been a while since i been on here and posted.. been so busy with work and studies.. but i have hit a brick wall and needed some advice and support so i have come back to the only place which offers that.. ADBB!!
Basically i have been on atkins since feb22nd 2008 its now 237 days, 34 weeks, basically 7 months i think.. i have gone from 122kg( 268.2lbs) to 94.8kg(209lbs) which i am happy about, real happy.. but i have stopped loosing for a whole month!! and i am no where near my goal i still got another 25-30kg to loose.. and i am worried why i have halted. i am not really on extended induction anymore as i am eating a little more veg and have had atkins bars etc.. but i dont get why i havent lost weigh tin a month... i just need some advice on what to do, or the causes..
i walk around 20 minutes a day.. i know that not a lot but i am fairly active around the house and at work ( i am a shop assistant so i am always doing stuff, never sitting)
just to give you an idea of what i have been eating in the las tmonht:
ex:1 : 2 sausages, 2 rashers of bacon, 3 thin slices chicken, atkins bar, chiken thigh and salad, decaff coffe and 2teaspoon splenda
ex:2 2 eggs,half tomato, lamb pieces with peppers and 5 prawns and 10 small peanuts
ex:3 atkins bar, 2 home made burgers with cheddar cheese and mayo and one carb ketchup, home made coleslaw( cabbage,carrot and spring onion and mayo)
any help would be so great
