Did you drink all your water to help flush our your system?
Did you track your foods to make sure all your portions were right on to equal the 1000 calories precisely?
I always thought the fat fast would kill me... too much planning, 200 calorie meals and 1000 calories/day seems horrific. :P

i am really happy to see the scales moving.. i am not sure though if i should stay on the fat fast o rmove back onto extended induction with 5grams more of carb??
