Re: 237 days and no cheating but not loosing ANYMORE

Did you drink all your water to help flush our your system?

Did you track your foods to make sure all your portions were right on to equal the 1000 calories precisely?

I always thought the fat fast would kill me... too much planning, 200 calorie meals and 1000 calories/day seems horrific. :P

Good for you. I think you should move on. Just start slowly adding back those carbs. A little spinach today or something perhaps. Just do it nice and slow. Remember to drink a lot of water here. Your kidneys will need it.

Have you taken any measurements? While you might not be loosing lbs.. you may be loosing inches. Also someone posted that while you might not see the scale moving that does not mean you are not loosing weight. The fat cells are used to being a certain size an when they burn off the fat for energy they replace the space with water so that the cell does not shrink, in case it needs the space to add the fat back in. After a while the body will release that stored water and the fat cell with shrink and you will get a whoosh of weight loss.

I would cut out the bars and measure the nuts.

            Good luck!

The Atkins bars were a staller for me, so much so, that I got discouraged and stopped doing the diet altogether in favor of weight watchers. Now I am back on Atkins and the scales are moving again.

I agree with Michelle, measure if you have not already. I am in a stall (or so I thought) for over 3 weeks but had my husband measure my waist last night. I had lost 2 inches during this no weight loss.

good luck, nothing I can add since everyone covered the basis.
