So I am not one for discouragement, but its The 3rd day of week three (thursday), and have not lost since Sunday, 2 days before week three (5 days total). my weight varies from 1-2 pounds on the scales, and I haven't really lost inches either. On one hand, I want to be MORE strict and really cut down on my carb intake to about 10 g (just to see if it does anything), but on the other hand, I don't want that to screw it up if I can just keep going the way that I am. I lost 10 lbs on the induction eating almost exactly 20g of the right stuff. So any advice? Anyone *been there before*??
