When you weigh your self do you stay dressed or undress?

Sounds like a personal question but I was wondering if I am cheating myself by weighing myself with nothing on, since I will never be anywhere dressed in my birthday suit..It works cause I have probably five pounds less than if I were fully dressed what about you guys..Those of you that weigh your selfs.. :joy

If you want an pretty accurate weight, you weigh yourself undressed. Clothing can add on a few pounds, shoes can too.

Naked as a jaybird! The only way to weigh. Unfortunately being preggers now the ob weighs me in full clothing shoes and all. Its like little fat torture needles being poked through my eyes!

I have to weigh in clothes because there is a vast mirror in my bathroom near the scale and there's only so much hysterical laughter I can take seeing myself nekkid.

It's that or weigh in the dark, but then I couldn't see the scale.

But my weight isnt quite accurate as I still have to wear my contact lenses to see the dial - so I should adjust for that ?

I weigh myself buttttt nekkkid =) That way, I know what my true weight is, because Ive found just a tshirt will add a pound sometimes :yikes

In the birthday suit! I have to get every little loss i can get! Just like today I wieghed at the dr.'s office and it said 212? AS IF!!! Of course i'm wearing a long sleeve thick shirt blue jeans and boots....i asked the lady if that was right?? LOL! I know i'm 206 NAKED LOL!

I used to weight myself after a morning pee and hopefully the flax has also worked and then I'd pee again, remove my wedding ring set and my other jewelry, get totally naked and step gently on the scale. These days, I'm not quite so obsessed with the scale! :yikes :joy

I weigh in my night shirt and slippers. They are lightweight. And it's odd that I'll weigh after I get up and pee, then eat breakfast and weigh again before getting in the shower and my weight is lower... ??

I do it naked too. Even a pair of socks throws my scale off! I hate getting naked so early in the morning though, it's freezing.
