I am on my 5wk of the diet and my total weight loss is only 6 pounds. :no I haven't cheated and haven't even started adding carbs to my diet because I want to get to atleast 120 but would really like to be 115. I am not sure why my weight loss has stop. I haven't lost anything in the past week and half. Whats going on?

You are actually doing fantastic
Most people lose 5-10% of their total loss in two weeks of induction so that would be about 1.3lb for you as you have 13lb total to lose. You are still averaging over 1lb a week loss which is great.
You may be going through an adjustment period now so give your body some time. Have you thought about moving onto OWL? You really need some time to play with the different rungs and since you only have 7lb left, now would be a great time to do it.30/f 182/137/130 5'5

you have lost olmost 50% of the scale weight you need to lose.
Are you exercising? Many things are going on with your body you are adding lean body mass as you lose the fat mass so the scale isn't always a good reporter of changes going on. Have you checked your tape measure to see how many inches you have lost in the last week?
You are doing great we will not always lose as fast as we theink we should because of all the biochemiclka processes goping on in our bodies between the water, the hormones the muscles the fat we are shifting mass all the time and the scale doesn't know what kind of mass it is measuring the gravitational effect on just total mass.
Make friends with that tapemeasure and watch the inches of fat melt of. happy low carbing.by the book atkinseer

If you dont have a tape measure yet you can get a long piece of string and mark where the end comes round to then measure with an ordinary ruler if you have one.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
