So, I will be 4 weeks tomorrow (monday) on extended induction. 2 week induction with another 2 weeks extended induction.
I lost 7 lbs the first 14 days on the diet. Decided to stay on the extended induction for another 14 days and I have not lost an ounce.
I know it looks like I don't have much to lose so it will not come off as fast. But in actuality I could weight about 140-145 but I prefer to be about 164.
I can't seem to get under 180.
I do not cheat.
I eat 3 eggs cooked in butter with 3 ounces of cheese for breakfast
lunch is 2 hamburger patties, topped with mayo, mustard 1-2 ounce cheese and about 5 hamburger pickles. some shredded lettuce.
Dinner is 2 chicken breast- cut in strips dipped in one egg and coated with pork rinds fried in canola oil. dipped in mayo and mustard.
1 cup of brocolli, lightly coated with butter and lil salt.
water through out the day.
I have 16 lbs to lose but could lose up to 40 for my height.
What am I doing wrong.
Am I not eating enough?

But, I'm not giving up & neither should you! I would try and add more veggies, but other than that your menu looks pretty good. I know for me that splenda and coffee are 2 things that I have been careful with but won't give up completely, so either of those may be stalling me, so that's something to keep in mind. Hang in there!
