    Super Excited Measured My Belly Since 3 months ago

    I started atkins just about 3 months ago and measured my belly when i first started and I have lost 7 inches. It didnt seem like alot until I held the tape measure around me and it was like WOW . Just seeing the differnce was amazing. Basically I am writing this because I have lost 50 + Lbs and I still have more to go, But I really noticed the weight loss once i measured myself its not always about the pounds. THank you all for you help and Great Support. I am More Excited about my many Lbs to lose. Thanks Atkins Board
    Aug Started 257 Dropped To 200
    2 months Off
    Restarted 1/22/09 At 218
    At a Stand Still Again Im Pegro1/28/2009

    Mini Goal 1 - 190lbs
    Mini Goal 2 - 180lbs
    Mini Goal 3 - 160lbs
    Finally 150 Lbs
