    yahhoooo--3 more pounds

I have lost 3 more pounds this week. I am on my 22nd day and have lost a total of 12 lbs. I feel so good. I just wish I had never left this way of eating before when I lost 70 lbs.(from 7/03-4/04)--I gained back 20 lbs when i stopped off. It makes me sick to think about how healthy I would be now, if I hadn't stopped. As I have posted previously, I got tired of listening to family and friends saying I couldn't keep eating like that forever. Now I know for sure they were wrong and this is the only way of eating that works for my metabolism and health.

Congrats on the weight loss you are almost a third of the way to goal already. Good job on the three pounds, and just wanted to say you are doing very well in this short amount of time.

      Hey there kaye,

congratulations on the 3 pounds down. You are doing great. I have to admit the first time round i kinda thought of it as a way to lose weight and then go back to "normal" eating/living. Who was i kidding? Now that im back a second time im learning to make it a way of life for good.!!!!!

Congratulations again!!! keep up the good work!!!
