for quite few weeks now and havent progressed, but my query is this : i use Tesco soft creamy full fat cheese it says on packet every 30 grammes has calories 80 = 4%, sugar 0.5 = 1%, is this ok to eat????
It should be, as long as you are eating no more than 3 to 4 ounces of cheese total a day. Is there anything else you are eating or drinking that could have carbs you aren't thinking about?
