  • I need a whooshie!

So, 143lbs, 3lbs off my mini-goal. The weight has been falling over extremely slowly recently, probably a mixture of being unwell and my body being generally resilient.

I have a wedding to go to in 2 weeks and I want to wear *that* dress. Any tips to induce a whooshie? I absolutely cannot wait to be under 10stone!

    Maybe increase your exercise?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

What did your doctor say about you passing out a couple of weeks ago? Any medical problems or medications that you are required to take?

When you are alone in your head, you are in a bad neighborhood.

It was lack of food and flu. I'd been eating very little, not out of choice, just out of inability to eat. I was coming down with flu as well so was completely weakened and a mess. My lack of eating had been affecting me pretty badly, I stopped losing weight and there was the passing out. Exercising with the complete lack of energy was screwing up my heartrate as well, but smoking has something to do with that as well.

I've started eating again, reintroducing food (all induction friendly) gradually. I suffered from an eating disorder a while ago and my boyfriend thought I was subconsciously going back to where I was- he saw me chewing food and spitting it out into the bin and started to panic.

I'm not, but sometimes old habits die hard. I'm eating properly now, and it's magically broken the rut I was in! I find it hard to eat but I am trying, adjusting my attitude to food, trying to see it as life-giving and great, rather than fat-making. It's working, the better I eat, the more I lose, the better I feel. So it wasn't that serious but I felt like utter crap and was tempted to hop off the wagon.

Just to update you all on that one, and to answer Desertthorn's question, I'd been stuck for a little while, but back into loses now. So far on this diet I have lost 26lbs, which isn't bad I feel! Another 37lbs to go!
