I've been as comfortable on induction as a regular WOL more than any other "diet" I've been on in my life.
After the first two weeks (ending 11/9) I'd lost 16lbs and was stalled for a day.
Then I stopped drinking the 3 Diet Rite's a day and now I'm back on track!
Since Monday I've lost another 2.5 lbs.
I've discovered the joy of Stevia and add 5 drops to my 50-ounce water jug to just barely take the edge off our crappy filtered water at the office.
The label calls for 1-2 drops per 2 oz. of liquid, but that's so strong.
Anyway, I'm officially in the Extended Induction club! Blood sugar numbers have dropped from 300+ unmedicated to 90-115 after meals unmedicated!
