I am a newbie and am a little confused. I tried to find the answer myself because I'm sure this question has been asked a million times before.
I'm confused because on the Atkins Induction meal plan (online) every bite the carbs is accounted for. I totally understand how some cheeses and all veggies have carbs. The website lists a boiled egg as having 1 carb? Do I need to journal these types of carb counts?
Does my breakfast have any carbs?:
Sausage (Jimmy Dean), egg, cheddar cheese omelet?
I have done Atkins before and it did not work for me, so I am journaling everything and really trying to make this work for me.
