  • SF Jello?

So, I've heard many conflicting reports...

Is sugar-free Jello/Pudding acceptable on Atkins or not?

I know it contains aspartame and that's a no-no; are there any sugar-free brands that are acceptable, or do I have to make my own with Stevia and unsweetened gelatin?

    Thanks in advance!

As you have guessed, the aspartame would make the jello unacceptable, so making your own is probably the better alternative using one of the allowed sweeteners.

As for the sugarfree puddings - you would need to look at the ingredients before deciding if they are 'legal' for induction. Many members make their own desserts using only legal ingredients, there are lots of ideas in the food forums.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

      Hi Elizellen,

Thanks so much for your knowledge and help. Yours is one of the first images I saw before I signed up and started this WOL and you are such an inspiration to me.

      Cheers,
