    20 day update hi guyz how,s everybody doing just thought i,d give you an update on how i,m doing, well i,m doing ok losing weight and cms so here the numbers
    date 27/10/08 267.5 lbs 120.8 kg 19.1 st
    date 06/11/08 257.5 lbs 116.6 kg 18.5.5 st
    date 16/11/08 249 lbs 113 kg 17.11 st

    first day

    bust 125 cm/49.1 inch
    waist 134cm/52.6
    hips 130 1/2 51.3

    waist 118 cm / 46.3
    hips 119 1/2 /47 inch


    in the 2nd 10 day,s i lost 8.5 lbs 3.6 kg as you all will ask i,m carrying on with the induction phase as i have a lot to lose my mini goal is 100 kg 220 lbs ,i hope to get there soon by the way i,m worried about the skin getting loose after losing so much weight i,ve seen picture,s of people that lose weight fast and have loose skin that i,ve started callanetics this is my third day and hope to avoid the loose skin that come,s with quick weight loss wish me luck there by the way is it just me or does any one else forget to eat i,m like eat in the morning and then i forget to eat and 4or 5 hours go by and i remember i have to eat so i just a boil an egg or just eat a few olives i,m not hungry any more wicked ya i,m drinking loads of water which i hated before now i,m even thirsty craving for water which is good i,ll post my day 30 update then well see how far i,ve progressed till then take care of yourselves,s and god bless.

    Congratulations on losing. Lots of kilos and centimetres gone there.

    Another good thing with exercise is that you will hang on to your muscles and lose the fat so that you will look nice and firm when you reach your goal.

      Congrats on your weight and measurements loss!

      I wouldn't worry too much about excess skin at this point - especially if you're drinking the water. I think that's a much bigger issue for people who get weight loss surgery and lose tons of weight over a much shorter period than we do on Atkins.

      You should start a journal to chronicle this for yourself - it's really helpful and kinda fun!
