    How is this possible?

Ok...i weight 205 on Sat. morning and yesterday i woke up and was 208 and same again this morning. I'm wondering if it has to do with the steriods, antibiotics etc. THe cough medicine i'm taking is sugar free so maybe that's it? I'm so pissed...hopefully i can get better by the end of the week so i can run again!

Its normal for your weight loss to fluctuate day to day. Try weighing yourself once every two weeks or so. Also, there is an excellent sticky at the top of the page called "weight loss is not linear" check that out, there is a lot of valuable info.

Good luck to you! You'll be at onderland before you know it.

      It's probably water weight gain.

The two times I was on antibiotics for a bronchitis, I was kicked out of ketosis and I gained water weight. Just stay on course (the diet and the medications) and it will get back to normal.

Steroids will make you retain water as well, and tend to increase your thirst. Hang in there.
