Hello my shopping is due to be delivered tomorrow and i don't have anything atkins material in the house. Can we have Chicken kebab from chip shop with salad on induction? im hungry and i don't know what i can have.

So this would be take-out food? I think it is pretty good. Would depend somewhat what was used to marinade the chicken. Always hard to say with those kind of places. So you have no eggs and meat in the house. Remember to order in plenty of next week. Planning and preparing is essential for us Atkineers.

No i don't The eggs were eaten by other people and i ran out of meat. because i did my shopping online yesterday for to be delivered tomorrow.
