Hey Guys try this. get your coffe and make it as normal and add cream and equal/stevia/ And you have what I call a keto cofee!!!!

Erm... While on induction, this is the only way you're allowed to drink coffee... assuming it is decaf to be strictly following the rules. Keep track of how much cream you're putting in it though, a Tablespoon here and there add up really quickly!27/f/5'10"

I used to LOVE my coffee .. but i like my coffe a spacific way and thats the only way i like it !! Nice and cold on ice with about 4 tbsp coffe mate per 12 oz glass ... ( i know im weird, but i could drink that ALL DAY) problem is even the sugar free coffee mate has ingredients that are not legal during induction :-( so i kinda just skip the coffee now and go for a diet cherry pepsi in the morning when i need a caffine jump...

Have you tried using half and half? I know its no coffeemate but it is closer to coffeemate taste than heavy cream.25/F
