Hello everybody,
I've been having a weird time this week. I dont have the bad breathe thing going on since sunday. I know this happens like when one consumes like alot more carbs than usual.The only changes i have done is add vinegar to my salads, I dont think ive eaten over 25 carbs any day.
Anyone have any problem with vinegar out there. Do help or explain if im messing up. Dont think vinegar is limited?
I dont use strips to tell me whether im in or out of ketosis its the breathe that works for me.
Anyway thanks for any imformation given.

P.S. its distilled white vinegar (made with acetic acid and water)
