  • Help!

    i was doing great on the diet and manage to lose 54lbs until one day i cheated and now cant stop i want to get back to ketosis and star losing again. i'm currently at 155lbs and my goal weight is 145lbs any suggestions on how i can get back on track? i also exercise 3 to 4 times a week but havent gone in 3 weeks to the gym due to school and work.

    It's all up to you.
    If you want to do this, then you will.
    Make a plan, then do it.
    Plan out your meals for the next few days and get back on track. You can do it!

      just do it.... I know it sounds corny but you have to just do it... don't feel guilty, just do it... And congratulations on the 54 pounds lost. I have faith in you!!!!

        The fact that you are this freaked out over a small lapse is encouraging. THis shows me that you really want it. Do not dwell on it but do not forget it either. I blew it last month and had waaaaaaay too many Martini's; and in my weakened state had a slice of pizza. I felt so bad that I worked out for 2 hours the next day. I was back in ketosis within 24 hours. Don't let it get you down. It probably will not be the last time you or I "screw up". It is a lifestyle change so put it into perspective. If it was every weekend, I would be concerned. Good luck and Keep on Truckin!

          Past is gone, I even dont recall past,,,,,,,,,present counts,,,,,,,,

          dont worry you would get back in track pretty soon,,,,,,,,

            if you are having a hard time getting started back to eating right and going to the gym....try going to the gym first. For me, that makes me want to eat better because im feeling so good.
