  • Yesterday I slipped!!! coming back in track.......

    Hi everybody,
    Last night I slipped,,,,,
Having dinner with a hot chick (ops), I had two apple martinis, got lots of not atkins stuff, calamari with nonatkins fried covering!!! and lots of chocolate...................
well, if I havent had these stuff I would be healthy, but maybe stupid
anyways, this noon, I hate myself, my ketostix turned slight ketones, moving a lot from high ketones,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I feel very bad................
today all I had were two small pepperoni and two coffes +unsweetend cream +80 gr chicken breast fried,,,,,,,,,

that is all for one day,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, the funny thing is , I didnt enjoy chocolate the way I used to enjoy,,,,,,,,,actually I didnt enjoy anything like before, not the chocolate, not the food....................... I love the healthy feeling of being on atkins............

    well,,,,,,,,,,,,, Babak magdalena is back

wonder how long it takes me to come back in track of losing weight daily..........

    any experiences ?

Don't punish yourself by eating only a little food after falling off the Atkins train

You need your veggies for the nutrients in them!!

Just eat your normal induction-legal foods and carry on drinking your water and exercising and I am sure you will be back to losing weight soon.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

We have all had our bad days but don't let it get you down. Get right back on Atkins and all will be forgiven, by your body and your friends! You can do.

Now just remember how you didn't really miss all that stuff you ate and next time you won't be tempted.

I am back in track, hopefully............
the VERY INTERESTING THING is that when I had 4-5 different nonatkins food that night with LOTS of chocolate.............the next two days my body was SICKKKKKKKK,,,, as though it is fighting a poison, really...........lots of nause, abdominal pain..............it iwas so obvious my body was complaining .............

        ops, back in track
        good luck all

That would be my exact concern. It's amazing how horrible you will feel if you fall off. That's that last thing I would want to strike if I was on a date with a hottie. Hope the date went well!

I am glad to hear so many people saying their cheats were not worth it. Hopefully I can remember that when I meat my Delilah in chocolate skin!
