  • Survived the cookie baking party!

Here I sit after hosting and cleaning up from the big cookie party. So proud to say never once was I tempted to lick frosting off my finger or have a bite of a warm frosted sugar cookie. I feel unstoppable! It was just fun being in the company of everyone and decorating those adorable cookies. Everyday I realize that I can live like this. I took on losing an amount that some would get surgery to fix and not only am I losing by changing my habbits but I am learning as well.

Congratulations!! That's a great accomplishment. And what's even cooler is that it doesn't sound like it was a huge battle to fight the temptation... that's an awesome sign you've made your choice for low carb and KNOW how much more worth it it is than those cookies, no matter how adorable!

I'm baking cookies with a friend and my kids this Saturday. I'm only on day 6, and am praying I'll be able to report similar success.

    Congratulations again!

        Great job !!

For me i can do ok around other people.. It's when i'm home alone that i am tempted ... When im sitting on the couch all by myself and there is a cookie in the kitchen all by it's self .. Then i start to think that maybe me and the cookie should be friends ...haha ;-) i know , i'm silly

        Again GREAT JOB !!!

ROCK ON, woman! That is a superstar performance for sure!

I just took a look at your stats and have now put you on my "inspiration" list. Your starting weight is very similar to mine and my goal is also 180!
