    My advice would be is don't leave it to the day to decide. You could if you really wanted to allow yourself a "day off" but is it really worth it? I would be worried if I was leaving it to the day I wouldn't be prepared and then it would be a disaster! Plan not to cheat, plan to have plenty of legal food around you.

    If you feel you need to have a "treat" - pick one and then thats it.

    It is totally your choice but you have to decide what you want more!

      i say enjoy yourself on special occassions. eat what you want, because, its not anything external whether it be cookies, cakes, ice cream....but rather its what's internal!! whats inside you will determine, over the long run, whether or not you succeed or fail.

      i do agree with what others have said about one little slip up causing weeks of undesirable eating....because i am like this myself!! but i have learned to stave off the cravings.
