  • I ate the "broken" cookies....

I've been having HORRIBLE cookie craving for at least a week. I made fudge and cookies to give away as little gifts this weekend and bagged what was left over. I didn't even taste the goodies while I was making them... I typically am very disciplined.

Sooo, last night I figured what the heck, I'll just eat the broken cookies in the bag... it totalled about 3 cookies.

It's amazing how I can justify anything in my mind when I want to do something...

So I'm back on the wagon today, after suffering from the worst sugar hangover imaginable and it wasn't even worth the trouble.

Hi there. You coined it right, it's not "worth the trouble" ~ it rarely is. Way to see your decision for what it was and get back on the wagon.

    Stay strong!

Well, nobodies perfect. The good thing is that now you know it totally wasn't worth it, and next time you are in a situation like this one you will remember how you felt after you ate the cookie.

Not sure if you have tried this or not, but if you really like cookies, try making Atkins friendly (and may inducction friendly) cookies. Just making these cookies is helpful in curning your cravings; eating the cookies help too.. hehe
