I hung in there through all the cookie decoarating and cake eating and didn't have a bite. I just ate my Atkins friendly chili and enjoyed the holiday with my family.

I did too and good job to you guys. I am feeling a little bit like I am retaining some water. Looks like I had something a little to salty. I try to keep the salt intake down. But things went well. Can't wait to start the New Year feeling great!31- F- 5'2"

I was very strict with myself and just kept right on plan. Was hard in places but I feel better for it now.
Am considering going on to OWL for January. Its a bit scary but also exciting!!! :0)

Great job to most of you for staying on plan! It's a challenge in the midst of it sometimes, but on the other end it's so rewarding.

I also stayed on plan and when I got on the scale Christmas morning I was down a pound. Most people can't say that around the holidays!
