  • Christmas is over...did you guys hang in there?

I hung in there through all the cookie decoarating and cake eating and didn't have a bite. I just ate my Atkins friendly chili and enjoyed the holiday with my family.

    How'd you guys do?

I did too and good job to you guys. I am feeling a little bit like I am retaining some water. Looks like I had something a little to salty. I try to keep the salt intake down. But things went well. Can't wait to start the New Year feeling great!

          Well done, Folks

It is great that you managed to keep on plan through all the temptations to have 'just one bite' over the festive season

Keep up the good work all of you

Re: Christmas is over...did you guys hang in there?

I was very strict with myself and just kept right on plan. Was hard in places but I feel better for it now.

Am considering going on to OWL for January. Its a bit scary but also exciting!!! :0)

Great job to most of you for staying on plan! It's a challenge in the midst of it sometimes, but on the other end it's so rewarding.

focus83, way to get back on track!

I also stayed on plan and when I got on the scale Christmas morning I was down a pound. Most people can't say that around the holidays!

Machiavelli, what's in your Atkins-friendly chili? I miss having chili ! Especially in the winter.
