It's been awhile since I last posted, so I thought I would I would wish everyone a happy new year.
* Started Atkins on Nov. 16 at 256.40lbs
* Highest weight was back in October at 258.00lbs
* Currently at 233.40
* Don't really have a final goal weight. Ideally I would have to say 190 or 200 if it's possible.
* Was hoping to be in the 220s at the start of the new year, but I don't think that is going to happen. Weight has been bouncing up and down now for a couple of weeks. I'm trying not to worry too much about it considering how well I've done over the past two months.
* This website and Jimmy Moore's blog and podcasts have been wonderful. Thank you!
* Holidays went well... no major temptation there... but grocery shopping makes me seriously dizzy walking by the bakery.
* Giving up the caffeine was a great move. While difficult for the first two days, I haven't missed it since.
