eggs--I'm sure you could gum a mock danish, dress them up with some salsa and sour cream, scrambled in butter
mashed fauxtatoes when you want something pretty solid

Above all, eat! Even if you're not hungry. My best meal after oral surgery was some refried beans with sour cream and salsa. You can get right back to induction when you feel better. Just eat something.

How about Mashed Cauliflower. I just found the recipe on the net. You can google it and find tons of recipes for it.

This has 6 grams of carbs per cup

1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 large heads of garlic
1 onion, peeled and thickly sliced
Sautee until very tender

Puree vegetables with
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter
sea salt & pepper to taste
