I did 9 months of induction

Yes, I did 9 months of the difficult induction phase, I did have a cheat day every 7 or 8 weeks, but I lasted that long, the Dr was right, induction is totally healthy for extended periods of time IF FOLLOWED BY THE BOOK!.
I have lost around 90 pounds, but went from a 40% body fat to a 27%. I never stood this long to get faster results, I did it to avoid cravings, now I feel ready to handle them, I´m on the owl ladder and having 25 g of carbs a day. feels great!!!!
My doctor said "get out of my clinic, I can't afford a walking heart attack in it, neither my insurance" that moved something inside me.

      Wonderful losses there. Congratulations.
Great that you are on OWL now. It is good to try out the foods not included in induction before you reach goal so you have the tools to keep this off.

Excellent! Now, I have a question, that will help me, if you answer.... how are your blood levels?

Well done mate!! I am to keep my induction to last for, let's say 6 months, as I need to lose about 160 pounds.. and hearing that people actually have done it, makes me feel more courageous..
Have you done any blood tests during this period, and at the end of it? In any case, this is the proof that if you follow rules as already set, then you can safely keep on Induction. Well done!!

Did you have any major stalls in that 9 months or was it a slow and steady 10 pound a month average?

yes, I did have 2 major stalls, one lasted 2 months, the other only 1, but is part of the adaptation process of the body I think

That's really cool, I did 9 months of induction before, but I'm having a hard time focusing being on atkins again. Can I ask what were some of your daily meals.
